1General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and spin77 ("spin77," "we," "us," "our") governing your use of the spin77 website at spin77.lol and all associated services, games, promotions, and payment facilities (collectively, "the Platform").

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on spin77, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You may not register if you are acting under a legal guardianship order or other arrangement that limits your contractual capacity.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false or misleading information — including a false name, date of birth, address, or mobile number — is a breach of these Terms that may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3KYC Verification & Identity Checks

spin77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with responsible gaming standards and anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. KYC verification is mandatory before processing your first withdrawal and may also be triggered by certain account activity thresholds or in response to risk assessment flags.

KYC verification at spin77 requires submission of the following documents:

• CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card): A clear, unobstructed copy of both the front and back of your valid Pakistan CNIC.

4Deposits

All deposits to your spin77 account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). spin77 accepts deposits via the following Pakistan payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast P2P, and major Pakistani bank transfers including HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank.

• Minimum Deposit: 500 PKR per transaction for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast). 1,000 PKR for bank transfers.
• Processing Time: Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast) are credited to your spin77 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits typically credit within 1–3 hours during standard Pakistan banking hours.
• Deposit Limits: spin77 may apply individual daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to accounts based on verification status or responsible gaming tools activated by the player. Players may also set self-imposed deposit limits via Account Settings.
• Own Funds Only: All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' mobile wallets or bank accounts — are prohibited and may trigger account review.

spin77 does not charge fees on deposits from Pakistan payment methods. However, your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their respective terms of service. spin77 is not responsible for fees applied by your payment provider.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your spin77 account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum Withdrawal: 1,000 PKR per withdrawal transaction.
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: 500,000 PKR per day for standard verified accounts via mobile wallet methods.
• Method Matching: Withdrawals are processed only to the payment method(s) previously used to deposit to your account. spin77 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not on your account.

6Bonuses & Promotional Offers

spin77 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the offer is presented on the spin77 platform. The following general bonus conditions apply to all spin77 promotions unless a specific offer's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the resulting balance can be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live Casino games typically contribute 10–20%. 7Game Play Rules & Technical Malfunctions

All games available on spin77 are supplied by licensed third-party studios (including Microgaming, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Blueprint Gaming) and operate using independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Game outcomes are determined by these certified systems and are not subject to manipulation by spin77 or by any player.

8Responsible Gaming

spin77 is fully committed to responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to all Pakistan players seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and are enforceable as such:

• 18+ Age Verification: spin77 enforces CNIC-based age verification and will immediately suspend any account where the registered holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Self-Imposed Limits: Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits via Account Settings at any time. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account pause of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, no deposits, bets, or bonuses may be initiated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players wishing to permanently exclude themselves from spin77 may request permanent self-exclusion via Account Settings or by contacting spin77's English support team. Self-exclusion is irreversible. Excluded players may not create new accounts.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on spin77. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant legal authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using spin77 to launder funds of any origin. All suspicious activity is reported to applicable regulatory and law enforcement bodies.

Nothing in these Terms limits spin77's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by spin77.

11Intellectual Property

All content on spin77 — including but not limited to the spin77 name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of spin77 or its licensed game studio partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the spin77 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No player may copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any spin77 content without prior written consent from spin77.

12Amendments to These Terms

spin77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any formal legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction that applies to your use of the Platform as a Pakistan resident.
